Senior Business Development Manager – Telecom Infrastructure

About the role

Global Technology Group is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth of its telecom infrastructure business in Myanmar. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships and work closely with internal teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities within telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation and contract finalisation.
• Collaborate with technical, operations, legal, finance and project teams to design solutions.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitor assessments to spot trends.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and supporting documentation for prospects and management.
• Support commercial negotiations and coordinate internal resources to achieve successful outcomes.
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes and market conditions.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and create new strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, commercial, enterprise sales or key account management.
• Experience in telecommunications, ICT, infrastructure or utilities is preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial negotiations.
• Proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and manage customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and business planning abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
