IP Product Manager

About the role

The IP Product Manager will act as a bridge between customers and our engineering teams, designing IP network solutions and supporting pre‑sales activities. You will translate customer requirements into technical proposals, deliver presentations and product demos, and guide projects through the bidding process.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements to create tailored IP network solutions.
• Develop technical proposals, presentations and product demonstrations for pre‑sales opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions, clarification meetings and solution communication with customers.
• Collect market, customer and competitor information to shape competitive strategies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Support IP‑related projects throughout the pre‑sales and bidding phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Strong communication skills in English; Chinese is a plus.
• Proactive, responsible and committed to a long‑term career in telecom.

Required skills

• IP networking concepts and solution design.
• Experience with routers, switches and data‑communication equipment.
• Knowledge of routing and switching protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
