Document Verification Officer

About the role

The Document Verification Officer will join Mytel's Infrastructure & Technical Department to ensure that all project documentation and settlement records are accurate, complete, and well‑organized. This role supports branches, contractors, and internal teams in maintaining high‑quality construction and telecom documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare as‑built documentation and settlement records for branches and contractors.
• Review and verify contractor completion documents before settlement and payment.
• Follow up with branches and partners on outstanding as‑built documentation and settlement matters.
• Maintain proper filing and storage of project and construction documents.
• Prepare management reports covering as‑built status, settlement progress, outstanding items, and overall project progress.
• Coordinate with branches, contractors, and internal departments to resolve documentation and settlement issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience in telecom infrastructure, construction, OSP, civil works, or contractor management is preferred.
• Familiarity with reviewing BOQ, PO, measurement sheets, completion documents, and as‑built drawings.
• Good knowledge of construction documentation and settlement/payment processes.
• Strong coordination, follow‑up, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
