Key Account Executive

About the role

K-Link Logistics is seeking a proactive Key Account Executive to serve as the main point of contact for our strategic customers in Myanmar. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and internal fleet teams to ensure smooth logistics operations, accurate billing, and data‑driven sales insights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated liaison for assigned key accounts, providing daily updates on delivery status, schedules, and any disruptions.
• Coordinate customer requirements with the fleet/operations team, ensuring clear communication of special instructions, delivery windows, and capacity constraints.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues with both the client and fleet team, aiming for high retention.
• Support billing by verifying delivery reports, PODs, and coordinating with the accounts department for accurate invoicing and payment follow‑ups.
• Prepare monthly sales analysis reports, segmenting data by customer and lane to identify performance trends and opportunities.

• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across customer, sales, and operations teams.
• Organised and able to manage multiple accounts and data streams simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
