Import License Executive – MOC TradeNet 2

About the role

The Import License Executive will manage import licence applications using the MOC TradeNet 2 system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions. You will work closely with finance, logistics, procurement, warehouse teams and customs brokers to keep import processes smooth and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import licence applications through the MOC TradeNet 2 platform.
• Prepare and verify import documents such as invoices, packing lists, HS codes, permits and certificates.
• Monitor application status and liaise with government authorities.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, customs brokers and freight forwarders.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and generate regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations and government requirements.
• Work with Accounting and Finance on import‑related payments, customs duties and taxes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in import/export, trade documentation, licensing or compliance.
• Hands‑on experience with MOC TradeNet 2 is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of import documentation, HS codes and customs procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
