Human Resources Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Development Specialist to support our HRD operations, employee engagement and performance management processes. The role will work closely with the HRD Manager to ensure smooth onboarding, training delivery and HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HRD operational processes, including HRIS updates and monthly HR reports.
• Organise team‑building activities, employee commemorative events, welfare and bereavement support.
• Develop and deliver internal and external training programmes, collect feedback and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide orientation and workplace introduction for new hires.
• Assist in performance appraisal cycles using Success Factor software.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Diploma or certification in HR/HRD.
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
• Strong data analysis and report‑writing abilities.
• Familiarity with HRIS or Success Factor software is preferred.
• Good understanding of HR functions and development programmes.
