Driver Onboarding and Customer Service Executive

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Mandalay focuses on coordinating the onboarding of new drivers and delivering high‑quality customer service. You will act as the main point of contact for drivers, guiding them through registration, policy explanations, and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify driver documents, assist with registration, and explain company policies and procedures.
• Conduct driver orientation sessions and provide guidance on service standards.
• Respond to driver and customer inquiries, resolve service‑related issues, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Communicate updates between drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Monitor driver performance, collect feedback, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service skills with clear communication, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Administrative and organizational abilities, including document handling and data entry.
• Experience with onboarding or training processes is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office software and communication tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mandalay, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or service operations is an advantage.
• Comfort interacting with diverse groups of drivers and customers.
• Relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience in customer service or operations.
