Business Development Manager – Burmese Speaker (Forex/CFD)

About the role

PU Prime is a regulated global CFD broker serving clients in 190+ countries and is expanding its Cambodia business. It is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow its client base, IB network and trading business. The position is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners.
• Acquire new clients and increase trading activity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
• Drive monthly Net Deposit, trading volume and revenue targets.
• Monitor partner performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Marketing and Senior Management to support market growth.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of Business Development or Sales experience in the Forex and CFD industry.
• Existing network of IBs, affiliates or active clients in Myanmar.
• Proven sales performance, with the ability to provide the last 3 months' business records.
• Fluent in English and Burmese.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently remotely.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5 and partnership business models.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
