Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of AtoZ Group’s Amarapura warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior management and works closely with procurement and sales teams to support the company’s construction and home‑improvement supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of construction and retail materials.
• Supervise and schedule warehouse staff, allocating resources to meet operational targets.
• Maintain accurate stock and inventory records, monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to align inventory with demand.
• Ensure equipment, facilities and safety standards are upheld, including compliance with material‑handling regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce errors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in construction materials or retail.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, operations management or a related field.
