Procurement Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Executive to join our team and support the sourcing and purchasing functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a reliable supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate reliable suppliers to guarantee quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery.
• Manage the purchasing process, including preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost‑effective pricing and favorable terms.
• Monitor material availability, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to maintain an efficient supply chain.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier information, quotations, and purchase documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Good knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes.
• Ability to compare quotations and identify cost‑effective options.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
