About the role
We are looking for a temporary inside sales representative to join our indoor sales department at AAK Safety. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them identify the right safety equipment and solutions. The role involves working closely with a knowledgeable team to ensure customers receive accurate information and timely support.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions.
- Process orders and monitor delivery status.
- Collaborate closely with field sales staff and technical specialists.
Required profile
- Previous experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Interest in technical safety products.
- Service‑oriented and solution‑focused attitude.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
