Assistant Business Development Manager

About the role

The Assistant Business Development Manager will support the creation and execution of growth strategies, helping to expand the company’s corporate client base across multiple sectors. This role works closely with senior business development staff to drive sales initiatives and maintain key partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of business development strategies and plans.
• Assist in managing corporate sales and key account activities.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, telecoms, universities, hospitals, and other corporate partners.
• Support corporate campaigns, events, roadshows, and employee purchase programs.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, MOUs, agreements, and partnership documents.
• Participate in business meetings, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
• Monitor sales pipelines, revenue performance, market opportunities, and business activities.
• Prepare business development reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Support the Business Development Manager in leading and coordinating the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships, or key account management.
• Proven experience managing corporate clients and developing business relationships.
• Good understanding of corporate sales, business development, and partnership management.

Required skills

• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
