Transport Supervisor

About the role

The Transport Supervisor will lead daily logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of materials and goods. This role coordinates internal teams and external vendors while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise inventory management, transportation, and delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for timely material movement.
• Monitor vehicle cleaning, daily operations, and stock control.
• Prepare and maintain logistics reports and understand ferry routes.
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Support procurement and office administration tasks as needed.
• Guide the logistics team to achieve operational goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (any field).
• Proven experience in fleet management and transportation scheduling.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Highly responsible, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused.
