Technical Presales & Project Manager

About the role

LinkIT 360 is looking for a Technical Presales & Project Manager to join its Yangon team. The position is full‑time with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of office and remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical presales activities: gather customer requirements, design solutions, prepare proposals and respond to RFP/RFQ.
• Conduct product demonstrations for telecom, AI‑driven content, fintech and digital transformation solutions.
• Coordinate project scoping, planning and execution, managing timelines, deliverables and risk registers.
• Communicate progress and issues to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring successful implementation.
• Produce technical and functional documentation, reports and customer‑facing materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes and project management practices.

Required profile

• Strong technical presales expertise, including requirements discovery, solution design and proposal development.
• Solid project management experience with planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Background in telecom, digital services, AI platforms, fintech or large‑scale digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English, capable of presenting complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with international teams across time zones.
