Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities and support our growing HR function. The role will partner closely with the Head of HR and hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, preparing offers, and overseeing onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
• Maintain a robust talent pool, recruitment database and accurate recruitment records.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, HR documentation and other administrative HR tasks while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, training coordination and other initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and understanding of Myanmar labour law.
• Strong interviewing, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
