Human Resources Executive Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to lead recruitment efforts for our growing organization. Based in Thaketa, this full‑time, on‑site position will play a key role in attracting and retaining talent while supporting overall HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selections for various positions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support onboarding activities.
• Handle employee inquiries and assist with employee‑relations initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to HR projects, prepare reports, and help improve HR processes in line with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Strong skills in HR management and strategic people initiatives.
• Experience in HR operations, policies, and compliance.
• Proven capability in employee relations to foster a positive workplace.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools and meticulous documentation skills.
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR experience is an advantage.
