Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us find the right talent across multiple departments. This role offers mentorship and the chance to develop into a recruitment expert while contributing to our company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Create and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals and social media.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
• Coordinate interview schedules and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Represent the company as a brand ambassador to strengthen our employer brand.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Fluent in English and Burmese, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms and hiring strategies.
