Senior HR Executive – Compensation & Benefits

About the role

Fortune International Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior HR Executive to manage Compensation & Benefits for a workforce of over 800 employees. The role focuses on accurate payroll processing, compliance with Myanmar labour law, and supporting the broader HR team.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for 800+ staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave, and final settlements.
• Maintain payroll records, compensation data, and HRIS information.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance on salary payments and statutory contributions.
• Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, compensation, benefits, and attendance.
• Support benefits administration and other HR activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience handling 800+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and payroll regulations.
• High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet strict payroll deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HRIS/payroll software.
