Assistant HRBP Manager

About the role

Fortune International Limited is seeking an Assistant HR Business Partner Manager to support its growing operations in Yangon. The role will partner with business leaders to drive HR planning, employee engagement, and talent initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR planning based on business and departmental needs.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Monitor manpower, HR data, and key HR metrics.
• Handle day‑to‑day HRBP matters and provide support to managers and employees.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Learning & Development teams.
• Identify HR issues and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare HR reports, analysis, and presentations for management.
• Manage multiple HR projects and priorities effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience.
• HRBP or HR Generalist experience preferred.
• Experience handling HR matters for 400+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement and HR planning.
• Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, responsible and solution‑oriented.
• Ability to work confidently with senior management, heads of departments and employees at all levels.
