Assistant Training & Development Manager

About the role

The Assistant Training & Development Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning programmes across all KINGS Education Group campuses, ensuring employees have access to high‑impact training that supports performance and career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Training & Development strategy, policies and annual training plan aligned with organisational goals.
• Conduct training needs analyses with department heads and campus leaders, and manage the training budget.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of internal and external programmes, including onboarding, soft‑skill, leadership and compliance training.
• Support the creation of e‑learning modules and manage LMS content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using models such as Kirkpatrick, produce regular reports and recommend improvements.
• Assist with talent management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

• Flexible to work extended hours, travel regularly to campuses and adapt to changing needs.

Required skills

• Strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/Learning Management Systems.
• Analytical skills for training evaluation and data interpretation.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
