Human Resources Executive

About the role

The company is seeking a Human Resources Executive to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and employee administration at its headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hire, including posting jobs, coordinating with agencies and universities, and conducting background checks.
• Handle onboarding, orientation, document collection, policy explanation, and exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, employee files, and HR databases for promotions, transfers, confirmations, and terminations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certifications in Human Resources.
• 2‑3 years of hands‑on recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably recruiting junior and mid‑level positions.

Required skills

• Good understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
• Familiarity with recruitment channels and candidate markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
