Sales & Marketing Executive – Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join Vital Link International Logistics in Yangon. The role focuses on generating new business, promoting our freight forwarding and logistics services, and building lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Conduct cold calls, customer visits, networking and other business development activities to generate leads.
• Promote VLI’s logistics services and propose competitive solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service offers, and follow up to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, customer database, visit plan and sales activities.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs through research.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Represent VLI at customer meetings, networking events, exhibitions and industry activities as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, customs clearance or warehousing. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
• Good understanding of logistics and freight forwarding services.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and willing to travel for customer visits.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
