Order Management Coordinator

About the role

The Order Management Coordinator ensures smooth flow of shipping documents, inventory data, and purchase orders while acting as the main liaison between principals, suppliers, and internal teams. This entry‑level position supports timely deliveries and accurate reporting within the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with principals and suppliers to resolve issues and confirm shipment status.
• Track orders versus supply, highlight discrepancies, and prepare weekly inventory reports.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and manage Import License (IL) applications.
• Record IR numbers and draft IR descriptions for Form‑D processing with the RA team.
• Check invoices and submit them for online payment processing.
• Monitor customer service levels by collecting SO/DO data, reviewing RC, and taking corrective actions.
• Track over‑label processes and handle temporary/permanent process requests.
• Maintain records of damages and shortages, and update tracking files.
• Enter and maintain PO data accurately in the SAP system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Good coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
• Experience with SAP for data entry and PO management.
