Supply Chain and Logistics Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations across Myanmar and Cambodia. The role will manage procurement, supplier relationships, shipment coordination, customs clearance and cost‑effective logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily purchasing activities, issue and track purchase orders, and monitor delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, pricing and reliability, and renegotiate pricing, incoterms and payment terms.
• Calculate freight costs, prepare logistics budgets and coordinate import and export shipments with shipping lines, freight forwarders and trucking companies.
• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damages or back‑orders and provide timely shipment status updates and invoicing.
• Prepare and verify all shipping and customs clearance documents, ensuring compliance with Myanmar and Cambodia regulations.
• Maintain import licence records, oversee GRN reports and conduct duty evaluation calculations and shipment analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or import/export, preferably in pharmaceutical distribution.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
