Research & Development Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Research & Development Assistant to support daily operations of the R&D department and contribute to business and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data entry, documentation, record keeping and file management for the R&D department.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support research, surveys, market studies and data collection from internal and external sources.
• Provide operational support for Route‑to‑Market, New Business Development and New Product Development projects.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations and other departments on cross‑functional projects.
• Assist with Odoo ERP and SAP ERP activities, including data preparation, system testing, UAT and issue tracking.
• Support Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI and software development projects by gathering requirements, preparing data, testing and collecting user feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Management, IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, project coordination, ERP support or digital transformation; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities and excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, adaptable and highly motivated with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP, SAP ERP, Power BI and Power Apps.
