IT Specialist (Full‑Time)

About the role

The company seeks an IT Specialist to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot a range of IT equipment, as well as monitor and support network and system services across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, software, network devices, printers, scanners and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, Wi‑Fi, network and overall IT systems.
• Provide timely user support for technical issues and manage website, DMS, NAS and email accounts.
• Renew internet, domain, VPC and mail services, and keep server rooms and equipment organized.
• Deliver remote IT support to Mingaladon Warehouse, Mandalay and Taunggyi branches.
• Perform server administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in IT support or administration.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Firewall configuration and networking.
• IT infrastructure management.
• CCTV, server, NAS and DMS administration.
• Email system administration.
