IT Specialist (Full‑Time)

About the role

The company is looking for an IT Specialist to install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, network, printers and other IT equipment. The role also includes monitoring CCTV, Wi‑Fi, and overall IT systems.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, software, networks, printers and scanners.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV, Wi‑Fi, network and overall IT systems.
• Provide timely user IT support and resolve technical issues.
• Manage website, DMS, NAS and email user accounts and permissions.
• Renew cloud internet and mail services.
• Maintain server room and IT equipment in an organized manner.
• Provide remote IT support to Mingaladon Warehouse, Mandalay and Taunggyi branches.
• Perform server administration, maintenance and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, firewalls, networking and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CCTV, servers, NAS, DMS and email administration.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Some knowledge of email hosting and web hosting is a plus.
