Partner Account Senior Specialist – B2B Sales

About the role

The Partner Account Senior Specialist is a local sales position responsible for managing channel partners to drive B2B sales to SME and SOHO customers in the assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and delivering revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with channel partners, ensuring their ROI and engagement in B2B business.
• Sell B2B telecom products—including mobile voice/data, fixed line, and special offerings—to SME customers through partners.
• Monitor collections, coordinate between billing teams and customers, and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain high‑quality acquisition processes and proper documentation for all sales.
• Track and achieve sales and retention KPIs, providing accurate reports and updates.
• Make 8‑10 customer contacts daily, conduct blitz activities, and attend local business events to expand the network.
• Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and other critical information to the B2B team.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of outbound B2B sales experience, preferably as a field representative.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
