Retail Operation Manager

About the role

Support and oversee the daily operations of iSure/XtraSure retail showrooms. Plan and execute monthly sales targets and promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support and oversee daily showroom operations.
• Plan and execute monthly sales targets and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Ensure effective inventory control, procurement coordination and vendor management.
• Supervise and coach Regional Managers, Showroom Managers and Supervisors.
• Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations or store management.
• Proven experience managing multiple retail outlets and leading teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
