Junior Human Resources Executive (Talent Acquisition & Training)

About the role

Join Yoma Land as a Junior Human Resources Executive focusing on talent acquisition and training. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development activities for a leading real‑estate developer in Myanmar.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Create and publish job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules.
• Participate in interviews for non‑supervisory positions and prepare onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics such as ferry requests, ID cards and stationery.
• Maintain recruitment and onboarding trackers and hiring records.
• Coordinate training and development programs between the group training team and employees.
• Organise and support group orientation programs, including materials, attendance records and venue arrangements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management.
• Approximately 2 years of proven experience in recruitment and selection.
• Good communication skills in English.
