Talent Development Associate

About the role

The Talent Development Associate will act as the operational backbone for learning initiatives at Proximity Designs, supporting onboarding, workshops, online courses, and leadership programs for roughly 300 employees across Yangon and field sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programmes, workshops and online courses, handling schedules, logistics and communications.
• Maintain learning systems, resources and records to ensure accurate, accessible information.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for employee learning enquiries and troubleshoot the online learning platform.
• Monitor participation, completion rates and feedback to identify gaps and improve effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and summaries to support data‑informed decisions.
• Explore AI, automation and digital tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work.

Required profile

• Relevant experience or transferable skills in coordinating events, learning activities or project support; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear, professional communication skills and a service‑minded, proactive attitude.
• Genuine interest in employee learning and development for a diverse workforce.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) or similar digital platforms.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, automation and data visualisation.
