IT Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Yangon Region, Myanmar. You will provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle help‑desk requests, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktop computers and related devices.
• Troubleshoot network and application problems, install and configure systems, and maintain IT inventories and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure stable IT operations, assist with system updates, and support users in adopting new technologies and tools.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and help‑desk experience, preferably in a corporate or retail environment.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
• Broad IT knowledge covering systems, networks and security best practices.
• Excellent communication ability to explain technical information in clear, user‑friendly language.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferred.
