Digital Platform & UX Manager

About the role

The Digital Platform & UX Manager will act as the custodian of multiple digital platforms, monitoring performance, user behavior, and guiding continuous improvement. This role balances platform ownership, analytics, and UX design without being a primary software development position.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor website and platform performance, track traffic, user actions, search behavior, engagement and conversions.
• Identify UX/UI issues, create user journeys, wireframes and Figma designs, and maintain a consistent design system.
• Develop and prioritize a platform improvement roadmap, define clear requirements for the development team, and test new features.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Search/Data, Content and Sales teams to increase usage, engagement and discoverability.
• Monitor competitor platforms and stay updated on digital trends.

Required profile

• Proactive ownership mindset, user‑centric thinking and data‑driven decision making.
• Comfortable working closely with developers and prioritizing improvements across multiple platforms.
• Curious about user search behavior and able to clearly explain improvement recommendations.
