Senior Project Coordinator (Odoo ERP)

About the role

Senior Project Coordinator to lead Odoo ERP implementation projects, acting as a communication bridge and ensuring successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live support.
• Act as a key communication bridge between users, consultants, developers, and vendors.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, progress reports, and track project status.
• Support system testing, UAT, training, documentation, and data migration activities.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and perform testing of developed features.
• Identify potential project risks and issues and escalate them appropriately.
• Support post-implementation improvements and provide user support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP / IT Project Coordination, preferably with Odoo.
• Good understanding of business processes, software implementation, and project management.
• Strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and HR.
• Basic knowledge of data migration and Odoo Studio customization concepts.
