IT Support Engineer

About the role

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software across the company, ensuring reliable operation of computer systems, networks, and CCTV infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows and Server operating systems, SAP and other applications.
• Repair and replace desktop and laptop equipment as needed.
• Set up and configure routers and wireless access points (Fortigate, Mikrotik, etc.).
• Configure network printers, scanners and manage print sharing.
• Install and configure IP and analog CCTV systems (Dahua, HIK).
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, backup servers and CCTV.
• Provide technical support to users in person, by phone or remote login.
• Create email accounts in Microsoft Exchange, G Suite and Office 365.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.

Required profile

• Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in computer service and networking.
• Hardware and network certification preferred; Microsoft Exchange experience is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities for technical errors, hardware setup, software installation and network configuration.
• Good communication skills with end users.
