HR Executive – Training, Operations & Employee Engagement

About the role

We are looking for an HR Executive who will drive training, operations and employee engagement initiatives. The role combines coordination of learning programs with day‑to‑day HR operational support, ensuring a smooth experience for staff across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, maintain the training calendar and arrange training room bookings.
• Support HR operations such as business card preparation, staff uniform processing and HR documentation.
• Organise employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and HR compliance tasks.
• Handle employee queries, grievances and provide necessary support.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support the development of training materials, schedules and calendars.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating training and development initiatives.
• Familiarity with routine HR operational tasks and documentation.
• Ability to organise employee welfare and engagement events.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and ensuring HR compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling employee queries and grievances.
