Human Resource Executive (HR Business Partner)

About the role

The Human Resource Executive (HRBP) will lead recruiting, development and growth initiatives for our people, taking full responsibility for end‑to‑end operational and strategic HR delivery. Leveraging HR expertise and business insight, the role provides guidance to leaders and teams on all people‑related matters, helping them navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals and drive performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
• Deliver end‑to‑end HR business partnering across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead workforce planning, budgeting, headcount monitoring and recruitment in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Champion company culture, driving initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Support organizational effectiveness and change initiatives, including structure design and workforce optimisation.
• Collaborate with Group and Sector HR teams to ensure consistent policy application.
• Partner with Learning & Development to address capability gaps through targeted programmes.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation, escalating high‑risk matters as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a senior HR professional in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices, including Myanmar and Singapore labour laws.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to manage complex work structures, juggle priorities and meet deadlines.
• Team player comfortable in a matrix organisation, with strong influencing skills.
