HR Coordinator – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Coordinator focused on Talent Acquisition to support recruitment for our Makro stores. This position offers a solid entry point for individuals eager to build a career in human resources and develop strong sourcing and hiring skills.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through social media and free recruitment platforms to build a robust hiring pipeline.
• Review CVs, shortlist applicants, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates about application status, interview process, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports, including vacancy details.
• Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a diploma/certificate in Human Resources Management.
• Strong candidate sourcing abilities, especially via social media.
• Proficiency in spoken English is preferred.
• Willingness to work six days per week.
