Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities, build strong talent pipelines, and support broader HR initiatives. You will work closely with the Head of HR and business units to attract, select, and onboard the right talent while continuously improving recruitment effectiveness and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interview coordination to offer preparation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other channels.
• Partner with the Head of HR and department heads to meet recruitment needs on time.
• Build and maintain a talent pool, recruitment database, and accurate recruitment records.
• Support employer branding, recruitment process improvements, and HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, HR documentation, and other confidential HR administrative tasks.
• Assist with HR projects, employee engagement activities, training coordination, and other initiatives assigned by the Head of HR.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
• Good knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and understanding of Myanmar Labour Law.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with HRIS platforms.
