HR Assistant – Payroll & Employee Relations

About the role

Kopifellas® is a fast‑growing food‑heritage brand looking for a meticulous and organized HR Assistant. You will join a dynamic team and play a vital part in keeping daily operations smooth and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Process end‑to‑end payrolls, including calculations and statutory contributions, meeting tight deadlines.
• Perform admin duties such as data entry, documentation, tracking and verification with high accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records in the proper filing system.
• Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding and off‑boarding.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations and inquiries.
• Provide general support and handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
• Ensure confidentiality of private information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2.5 years of hands‑on HR experience with payroll processing (preferably in F&B).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore HR legislation and labor laws.
• Excellent English communication skills; Chinese is a plus.
• Tech‑savvy with proficiency in common workspace tools and HR/payroll software.
• Committed to a long‑term role, energetic and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

What we offer

• Work hours: 7:30 am–4:30 pm MMT, 5‑day week with 1 hour break.
• Off on Singapore public holidays.
• Competitive salary around 1,000,000 MMK per month, based on experience and skills.
