HR & Admin Executive

About the role

This position oversees the full employee lifecycle, handling recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding paperwork while ensuring accurate payroll data and supporting day‑to‑day office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: source, screen, interview, select, extend offers and onboard new hires.
• Coordinate all administrative tasks for new‑hire orientations and employee exits, including paperwork and logistics.
• Compile attendance, leave and overtime records to guarantee precise monthly salary processing.
• Maintain and update the Employee Handbook and company policies, ensuring staff compliance.
• Organise team‑building events, office gatherings and wellness initiatives.
• Oversee health and safety standards and manage security protocols.
• Arrange travel, hotel bookings and business commutes for staff.
• Support daily office administration to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain the Odoo HR application with up‑to‑date employee status.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration or office operations.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration.
• Experience supporting payroll, attendance tracking, leave management and overtime monitoring.
• Familiarity with HR or ERP systems, preferably Odoo HR.
• Proactive, flexible attitude with strong teamwork and coordination skills.
