HR & Administration Executive

About the role

Bio Top Company Limited, a growing distributor of medical devices and laboratory equipment in Myanmar, is seeking an HR & Administration Executive to support daily HR operations and general office administration. This full‑time, on‑site position in Yangon will work closely with management and staff to maintain a professional and supportive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management and HR documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, conduct interviews and manage employee onboarding.
• Support payroll processing, performance appraisals and employee development initiatives.
• Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations issues while ensuring confidentiality.
• Oversee office administration, supplies, facilities and company vehicle coordination.
• Arrange travel, events and other general administrative matters.
• Prepare HR and administration reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Myanmar labor regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, administration or a combined HR & Admin role.
• Practical experience in recruitment, employee records, attendance and leave management.
• Basic knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and employment practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in healthcare, medical, laboratory or distribution companies is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
