Fullstack Ruby on Rails Developers

About the role

Code2Lab is seeking two full‑stack Ruby on Rails developers – one mid‑level and one senior – to join its mobile and web technology team that builds innovative solutions for the food and beverage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain clean Ruby on Rails features, REST APIs and responsive front‑ends using React, Vue.js or Hotwire.
• Perform database migrations, write efficient queries for PostgreSQL/MySQL and handle data updates.
• Debug production issues from logs, troubleshoot server problems and support deployments on Linux.
• For senior level: lead architecture decisions, optimise performance, mentor junior developers and improve CI/CD, Docker and AWS workflows.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience for mid‑level or 5+ years for senior.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Ruby on Rails and relational databases.
• Comfortable working across backend, frontend, database and deployment tasks.
