AI Product Manager (Project-Based)

About the role

The AI Product Manager will drive the creation and delivery of AI‑assisted digital products across DLMM. Working as an individual contributor, you will translate business needs into product concepts, rapid prototypes, and production‑ready solutions while establishing repeatable AI delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales, operations, HR, finance, IT and other functions to turn business requirements into product concepts, user journeys, stories and prioritized backlogs.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, feasibility, risk, compliance and time‑to‑value.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirement clarification sessions and product walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Figma AI, v0, Napkin, Cursor and GitHub Copilot to accelerate ideation, documentation, wireframes, prototypes and demo creation.
• Produce rapid prototypes, MVPs and proof‑of‑concepts to validate product direction before full engineering investment.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to define design themes, interaction patterns and ensure alignment with branding and accessibility standards.
• Own the end‑to‑end AI product delivery pipeline from discovery through pilot, production hand‑off and post‑launch improvement.
• Develop and maintain an AI Delivery Playbook, reusable prompt libraries and templates, applying responsible AI and data‑protection practices.
• Communicate progress, risks and outcomes in English and Burmese, and support adoption through demos, workshops and change‑enablement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, Product Management, Design or a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in product management, business analysis or digital product delivery, preferably in regulated sectors such as insurance, banking or fintech.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools for product design, rapid prototyping, content generation or demo development.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements, run workshops, translate them into user stories and manage delivery backlogs.
• Exposure to AI R&D, proof‑of‑concept delivery, emerging‑technology evaluation or low‑code/no‑code automation is strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Generative AI tools: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude.
• AI‑assisted design and prototyping tools: Figma (including Figma AI), v0, Napkin, Cursor, GitHub Copilot.
• Product management and collaboration platforms: Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Notion, Miro, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, design systems and MVP validation.
• Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, APIs, data privacy, AI governance and information‑security fundamentals.
