Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations within a fast‑growing telecommunications company. The role combines day‑to‑day financial management with strategic analysis to support senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow, expenditures, receivables, payables and internal controls.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, budget control and variance analysis.
• Review financial statements, management reports, project costs and profitability.
• Monitor working capital, identify financial risks and propose mitigation.
• Manage taxation, audit coordination and statutory financial requirements.
• Prepare cost estimates, financial proposals, pricing and analysis for projects and tenders.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Business Development, Operations and Technical teams on financial planning and cost analysis.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, develop and supervise the Finance team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance or Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in telecommunications, with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, cost control and reporting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Odoo Accounting System.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
