Corporate Key Account Manager – Packaging Solutions

About the role

Greenovation Packaging Solutions is seeking a Corporate Key Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with its most important corporate customers. Based on‑site in North Dagon, you will act as the primary contact for all packaging needs, ensuring high‑quality service and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key corporate clients.
• Monitor account performance, prepare proposals, quotations and track revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal production, design and logistics teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell initiatives.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide proactive support to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to inform business planning.
• Contribute to overall revenue growth through effective account management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of strong account management or key‑account experience, preferably in B2B packaging, printing or manufacturing.
• Analytical and business‑planning skills to interpret data, forecast demand and shape strategic plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities in English and the local language.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
