Cold Drink Equipment Manager

About the role

The Cold Drink Equipment Manager will execute the national cold drink strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle of coolers and fountains across the market.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an effective tracking system for Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) and ensure accountability for each asset.
• Monitor placements, repairs, preventive maintenance and approve assets in the Cooler Tracking System.
• Manage outsourced service providers for deployment, pull‑out and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery.
• Conduct warehouse and market visits to verify inventory, repair processes and deployment quality.
• Oversee call‑center operations to ensure prompt response to customer issues and service requests.
• Collaborate with leadership on business plans, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for the CDE portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Background in warehouse environments and field marketing service.
• Proficiency in both the local language and English.

Required skills

• Strong technical knowledge of cooler components and repair requirements.
• Experience using asset tracking systems and managing service provider performance.
