About the role
The Cold Drink Equipment Manager will execute the national cold drink strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle of coolers and fountains across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an effective tracking system for Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) and ensure accountability for each asset.
- Monitor placements, repairs, preventive maintenance and approve assets in the Cooler Tracking System.
- Manage outsourced service providers for deployment, pull‑out and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct warehouse and market visits to verify inventory, repair processes and deployment quality.
- Oversee call‑center operations to ensure prompt response to customer issues and service requests.
- Collaborate with leadership on business plans, CAPEX and OPEX budgeting for the CDE portfolio.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
- Background in warehouse environments and field marketing service.
- Proficiency in both the local language and English.
Required skills
- Strong technical knowledge of cooler components and repair requirements.
- Experience using asset tracking systems and managing service provider performance.
