Chemistry Specialist – Teach Cambridge IGCSE & A Level in Yangon

About the role

ASQ Education is seeking a Chemistry Specialist to join a well‑established international school in Yangon. You will deliver Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Chemistry, creating engaging, inquiry‑based lessons that inspire curiosity and prepare students for excellent examination results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and teach Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Chemistry curricula.
• Design and supervise practical laboratory investigations.
• Support students in exam preparation and achievement of high grades.
• Collaborate with the Science Department on curriculum development and enrichment activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related science.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
• Proven experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE and A Level Chemistry.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• International school experience is highly desirable.
