Training Executive

About the role

Prudential is seeking a proactive Training Executive to support the onboarding and development of its distribution channels in Myanmar. The role focuses on delivering training modules, assisting new recruits with regulatory exams, and maintaining accurate training data to drive agent activation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver new agent onboarding and training across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
• Prepare training materials, schedules, logistics, and learning resources, and follow up on incomplete or absent participants.
• Manage LMS activities, training records, master data, and reporting to ensure timely information.
• Gather feedback, support training needs analysis, and continuously improve training content and learner experience.
• Monitor training outcomes, analyze data, and implement follow‑up actions to enhance effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Good command of Burmese and English, both written and spoken.
